Webinar Masterclass Series.

This 3-part webinar series is for leaders to assess organisational readiness for LGBTQ+ inclusion and learn best practice standards on LGBTQ inclusive policy development and data collection. If your health or community service wants expert assistance to meaningfully engage and support LGBTQ+ people, this course is for you! This is a pilot and priority will be given to small and medium not-for-profit services in Greater Western Sydney. Each organisation can send max two people to each webinar, participants can change from session to session based on audience requirements.

By the end of the series participants will

ARTICULATE

Articulate why LGBTQ-inclusivity is needed for their organisation.

IDENTIFY

Identify gaps in their current service.

REVIEW

Review their policy and data collection practices with an inclusion lens.

IMPROVE

Recommend changes and improvements and continue to evolve and adapt.

  • How to ask questions on gender and sexuality
  • Differentiate inclusive and non-inclusive data capturing.
  • Learn how to implement asking inclusive questions on gender and sexuality in your organisation.

Inclusive Policy Development
